I give four paws up to this movie. It was well worth the wait. It is the funniest movie I've seen for years, about a raccoon named RJ who has to find food to replace a stash he stole from a bear in a week, or die. He meets the animals, a turtle, a squirrel, a skunk, some possums and a family of porcupines, and introduces them to human life. It is a brilliant satire on human obsessions as well as an altogether hilarious animal movie. The squirrel Hammy really steals the show. Of course, it is not nonstop laughs. It has some poignant moments that bring tears to my eyes, especially as RJ has to find out what a family is all about, and what he is to do about it. Well worth the money. Go see it, already! You won't regret it.
