Way better than madagascar - Over the Hedge Reviews

Lately animated movies have been very derivative of other animated movies, for example elements of A Bugs Life show up in Madagascar. I know that this movie is based on a popular comic strip, but I've never read the strip, so while watching this movie I had nothing to fall back on. I really really enjoyed it. (It's not perfect mind you because of some substandard direction, but 95% percent of the humor hits the mark.) Oh, by the way, it's absolutely beautiful to look at. The animation is flawless.
